Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of FleetOS software, account services, device operations, and subscription checkout.
Service and accounts
FleetOS provides desktop device operations, account services, administrative controls, and subscription-based features. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to your Google Account and Windows profile secure.
Authorized use
Use FleetOS only with devices, systems, and data you own or are authorized to administer. You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access, evade security controls, disrupt systems, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid access begins only after FleetOS verifies a transaction in its final accepted state. Send the exact asset and use only the network shown on the checkout request. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, and funds sent with incorrect details may not be recoverable.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FleetOS reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change to improve security, compatibility, or service operation. Material terms will be reflected in an updated effective date.
Security and suspension
FleetOS may restrict or suspend sessions, devices, or accounts when needed to investigate abuse, protect customers, respond to a security event, enforce plan limits, or comply with legal obligations.
Support and account closure
Use Help & Support in the FleetOS application for billing questions, security reports, or account closure requests. Signing out revokes the active application session but does not by itself remove account, transaction, or audit records.
